Caspian Infra has worked across five Indian cities since 2004. We develop our own land, run our own site teams, and hold our own quality gates — which is why our possession dates are published in the brochure rather than negotiated afterwards. Structural warranties run ten years. Our oldest towers are still on their first waterproofing. That is the whole pitch.
